Return, Cancellation and Exchange:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges as per below mentioned policies.

We don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Returns are accepted In-store after a Quality Check Within 14 Days after the purchase of Merchandise
  • Damaged Merchandise can not be accepted
  • After 14 days, there will be 15% of restocking fees will be charged for acceptable Returns
  • Return Postage fees must be paid by customer
  • For Authorized Returns we will provide you the Authorization Number After the Quality Check
  • Without Authorization Returns will not be processed.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders. No exceptions.
